Baseball MOM Bootcamp
Ever gone to your son or daughters baseball or softball games and not had the self confidence to dress in summer clothes? Well, Langan Baseball's Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) Nick Riker will be offering a Bootcamp specifically for Baseball and Softball Moms. Nick will be offering a Demo class FREE OF CHARGE for all interested moms.
