Softball Pitching Classes
White - For beginners to learn basic mechanics, how to warm up properly and throw a fastball.
Blue - Learn clean mechanics, fastball, change up and to pitch with more power. Intro into drop ball and other spins.
Red - Advanced spin pitches (drop, curve, screw and more advanced change ups) and an intro to a rise ball. Hitting locations. Learn how to get more power and speed. Learn how to be a smarter pitcher.
Black - For the advanced pitcher. Help with going to the next level (college). Mastering spin pitches.
Length: 6 week class costing each pitcher $120
